CSS custom-develops training to provide clients with the means of developing metrics for a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) management system.

CSS conduct seminars for the leadership team and/or key personnel. CSS shares how the Balanced Scorecard Model translates an organization’s vision and strategy into a set of measures that can be cascaded down to the department or individual level.

Participants learn how to build a Balanced Scorecard performance management system by creating a strategy map, designing a score card, getting executive buy-in, and identifying measures, targets and initiatives that link to the organization’s BSC structure.

As requested by the client, CSS will then work closely with you to ensure that the knowledge transfer continues by providing consulting and facilitation support. Our consultants help to ensure success by orchestrating the detailed design phase of this project which will include:

  • Analysis and Balanced Scorecard Design
