"Mecklenburg County’s IST Department began its relationship with CSS in 2004. Services provided include customer service strategic plan development; customer satisfaction survey reporting; mission and vision statement creation; employee climate improvement team facilitation; mystery shopping; customer service tip creation for employee newsletter and websites; and training (annual service excellence training, relationship building, and process improvement). CSS provides outstanding service that is focused on the needs of its customers. CSS helped IST achieve some of the highest customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction scores in the County.
